The customer service agent was rude and whem i requested tospwak with a supervisor the supervisor talked over me in and escalated tone. I was not able to use this reservation and i was told i would recieve a refund but have not seen it as yet. I called cs again on Sunday to check on the status amd was told i must wait until monday to see the credit. Its Monday, stoll nothing.

I WILL NOT BE USING ZIPCAR AGAIN IN FUTURE (I was left stranded on a family vacation with 4 kids ages 4-17, in the orlando hear, no shade, next to the locked zipcar I didnt get to use. This ruined our entire stay in Orlando. Back home in MA i have nver n had such issues with zipcar and; I have been a customer for quite some time.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL BOTH MY PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP AND MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT ONCE I RECEIVE THE REFUND I WAS PROMISED.

I don't want any of my own customers and colleagues to be treated so poorly or to ever experience the horrible service I did.
