I signed up for Zipcar and never received my card. There seems to be no way to contact them.
There is nothing like a feedback form on the website to contact them. When I call the phone number listed, the bot that answers only tells me to input my number, when I have no number yet! There seems to be no way to reach a live human.
I did find an email address and wrote to Zipcar for help several days ago, but have not received any response. At this point, I consider Zipcar completely unreliable, and do not understand how it can work well for anyone.
