While the Zipcar concept is forward-thinking, their service comes up far short. After repeated failures due to "no-shows" of my reserved vehicle, I finally called it quits with Zipcar.
Aside from collateral issues from missing my appointments, I was charged for the missed appointments. Service is very poor as I am unable to resolve any discrepancy with them. I am requesting a refund of my membership and waiver fee. They are not responding.
The phone service is marred by unqualified operators who are barely capable of communication.
They offer no resolutions that are acceptable. I would stay away from using them due to the lack of professional service.
