While the Zipcar concept is forward-thinking, their service comes up far short. After repeated failures due to "no-shows" of my reserved vehicle, I finally called it quits with Zipcar.

Aside from collateral issues from missing my appointments, I was charged for the missed appointments. Service is very poor as I am unable to resolve any discrepancy with them. I am requesting a refund of my membership and waiver fee. They are not responding.

The phone service is marred by unqualified operators who are barely capable of communication.

They offer no resolutions that are acceptable. I would stay away from using them due to the lack of professional service.

Product or Service Mentioned: Zipcar Membership.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $96.

Being charged a $50 fee for leaving car "dirty," which is totally bogus. Everytime I drop off a vehicle I make sure every inch of the car is cleaned. So a random person calls in and claims I left the car dirty and the imbeciles just take their word for it and dare to go in my account and deduct $50!
