Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I was given a/an SUV for the same value as the initial sedan rented and was reimbursement for the 2 hours I lost waiting for the company to open at their regularly scheduled hours. Now I know to only book during their open - close hours to avoid this happening again..

I paid for a vehicle and when I arrive to the garage, the car is not here or available. I keep calling ZipCar but no one is available. This is so unprofessional

This company is full of *** I booked a trip and they changed my reservation time without giving me any notice. Then they shut the car off and then tried to charge me more money for a mistake they made. I've had to freeze my card for them to stop trying to charge my card. Now im trying to speak to customer service and they are fighting with me about the trip I BOOKED. As if they were there. I will be canceling my membership and I will not recommend this car service at all! I've been on hold for 2 hours waiting to speak to a supervisor.

Zipcar returned my call I was informed problem was technical. I stayed on phone while problem was addressed. I never had problem before with Zipcar. Zipcar extended service time due to technical issue. I was able to open car door & start my day started safely with Zipcar. Zipcar provided me information to prevent car door issue.

I've been trying to rent a Zipcar with the same method of payment I've always used and it's telling me there's an issue and to contact Zipcar. I really need to be able to use my account and card. Can you please fix this?

Wrong date withdrawal. Causing major problems.

Money was taken out of my account on the wrong date. It was taken on the 1st and should've been the 3rd. This happened 2 times. With in turn causes me to pay an extra $35.00 each time. I need the date changed to the 3rd as originally agreed upon.

Company is an overall scam. You receive a check in the mail for $4480 and in the letter they ask for you to cash it into your bank account and to get a money order.

Poor customer support

Not sure what happened to the customer support, a few years ago we had a some difficulties communicated with the representatives but at least they were able to solve the issues. Now when we called, tried couple times and each time waited for a more than hour, finally someone picked up the call but the person didn't know what to do. I mean why you hired poor quality employees and wasting your customers time. It's been a month the issue still hasn't solved and no one call me back.

Poor customer service

Gas card was missing from vehicle and I had to pay out of pocket. I was never reimbursed for gas as stated. Im not able to remove my current payment method on file so I called for assistance I was told there is nothing they can do to help me with my refund nor able to update billing. Who tf is actually doing thier job? Where tf is the corporate number?
