Zipcar - Loyalty rewarded - with forced cancellation
I've been using Zipcar (Toronto) for years, love the service and have had very little problems. Until today.
After a small billing issue for $15 and notices going into my junk mail I called for what I thought would be a quick and easy matter to fix. After very unsatisfactory phone call, I was immediately greeted with email from "Kristy" saying my Zipcar membership would be cancelled and final with no appeal. I estimate I've been using Zipcar for a better part of the decade and given them thousands of dollars. Great way to reward loyalty guys!
Luckily there are other services that don't engage in childish punitive *** like this. Good riddance!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: reinstate my membership with an apology.
Zipcar Cons: Immature cancellation of my membership.
