I just tried using Zipcar for the first time. The first thing I noticed was that the car I rented made a loud noise and accompanying vibration from one of the tires.
I tried to report it using their website, but no go. There is no option to report defects with the car. The only option is to call CS. So far, I've been on hold for 15 minutes.
This is to report a defect with a car. This is to do Zipcar a FAVOR.
I could care less, but I'm concerned for the next person. You'd think Zipcar would welcome information flowing back to them, but apparently not.
