I am being charged for calling to complain. I rented a vehicle to go back to college.
When there was a problem, I called to explain that I was 5 hours aways and there was a problem. I was assured that the time could be extended but someone had rented it at the exact time I had to return the vehicle. As they were aware that I was unable to make it I called on multiple occasions attempting to make sure everything was okay. Everyone I spoke to told me different things.
They are inconsiderate of the customers, but simply care about making a penny.
They shut off the vehicle and this left me stranded as a young college student trying to get to school you can see how this is very frustrating waiting to speak over and over again never getting a resolution but being charged more and more. And now I am at a loss on what to do being charged $32,000 for complaining.
