Customer service knows nothing. Billing is a joke, double billing for no reason.

Tell me that it shows I didn't drive the car, but yet charged me. That is crazy. Has no respect for business account. The idea is good, but they will lose if billing continues, and customer service can't do anything.

They treat you as if your money does not matter, they're talking so fast to get you off the phone.

They created a game for points, for you to earn credits, they have yet to issue the rewards. Every time you have an issue, it's always let me send it to be investigated, and don't get back with you.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Zipcar Pros: Convenience, Close to pubic transportation, Car variety.

Zipcar Cons: Being charged unauthorized charges, No response to emails, How unprofessional the representative was, Dirty cars, Fast talikng reps.
